THINK BIG WITH GOD

"Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us." Eph 3:20

The longer I live, the more I realize just how important our thoughts are. It is in our thoughts that many things are determined in our lives. The Bible has much to say about our thinking yet, surprisingly, there is too little  taught about the subject. Today, I'm lead to talk to you about the fact that God wants you to THINK BIG with Him.

Father God wants you to think correctly about Him, His provision, yourself, your mission, and people. You have to think big like God thinks. Then, you will be thinking correctly! Your accurate view of these areas is vital to be successful and productive in the Kingdom. God wants you to know who you are, what you have, and what to do.

WHO ARE YOU? The Holy Spirit says in 2 Cor. 5: 21 that you are the righteousness of God in Christ. In Romans 8:14-16, He says you're a son (or daughter) of God and, in verse 17, He goes on to say that you are a joint heir with Christ! Think about that! Now, that's big! It's true. You are NOW a co-heir with Jesus Christ Himself! Wow!

God has raised you up to His own level through Jesus. Now listen, of course you are not God but, YOU ARE HIS VERY OWN CHILD just as Jesus is! The Bible says so! Hallelujah! You could never achieve such favor. Nothing you could do can merit such a lofty position. But, God HAS MADE YOU His righteousness and raised you up to sit with Him in heavenly places in Christ! He did it for you!

Now, in God's mind (positionally speaking), you are sitting with Him in the heavenly spheres. The question is: where do YOU think you're sitting? Since you are in Christ, God sees you totally righteous. How are you viewing yourself? My friend, It is vital to agree with God on these matters. If you don't see yourself as God sees you, then you are believing a lie! You need to start thinking big with God! Agree with Him. Disagree with the devil and the world. Amen!

God is looking for someone to agree with Him! He wants His kids to grow up into the knowledge of His great thoughts. I don't know about you, but I am purposing to reach out to grasp more of the understanding of who I am in Christ. One must think big to get hold of the many marvelous realities in Christ. It's an awesome thing to be a born again son of God. Praise Jesus forever!

WHAT DO YOU HAVE?          As a son of God, you have the mighty Holy Spirit living in you. (1 Cor. 6:19) God is living in you! You have Him in you now.

" ...for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people." 2 Cor 6:16

You have authority. Jesus gave you authority over the devil and anything else that would come against His best for your life!   "Behold, I give unto you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." "...All authority is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations..." Luke 10:19, Mat. 28:18-19

You have been redeemed (bought back) from the curse of the law. (Gal 3:13) The curse includes three general areas: Sin, sickness, and poverty. Therefore, because of what Jesus did on the cross, YOU HAVE forgiveness of sin, health & healing for your body, and prosperity! Hallelujah! God wants you to think big with Him about these things. You are redeemed from the curse!

WHAT TO DO? Jesus told us to go into all the world and proclaim the good news to every person. (Mark 16:15, Mt. 28:19) God wants you to use what He has given you to reach people with the vital message they desperately need. God wants you to be extremely blessed to be an extreme blessing! He wants you to think big so that you can reach people with His big message! Hallelujah!

"And as ye go...Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give." Mt.10:7-8 God wants you to take the message of total victory in Christ to people everywhere - every way you can. God wants you to think big about His answers for people's needs. You lay hands on the sick. You cast out the devil. You give them the answers. You tell them the good news that Jesus has set them free!

God wants you to think big with Him so He can WORK THROUGH YOU and touch people! Oh, what a joy! What a privilege! It's the most wonderful task on earth - bringing people the good news. We get to minister God's love, life and healing power to the lost and hurting. It's wonderful to be used by God. 

My friend, it is my sincere prayer that, from now on, you will rise up and begin THINKING BIG WITH GOD. Bless you! K.A.F.
